The work to be done on Cedar Street includes the demolition of the existing bridge over the MBTA and construction of a new single span concrete bridge on concrete abutments. The project also involves roadway work on the Cedar Street and Franey Road approaches. The length of the project is approximately 775 feet. The work to be done on School Street includes the construction of a concrete beam bridge on the existing granite abutments. The limits of work are from Montrose Street to Richdale Street. The work to be done on Walnut Street includes the construction of a concrete beam bridge on the existing granite abutments. The limits of work are from Medford Street to Gilman Street.
