Project Description:
LOWELL- BRIDGE REPLACEMENT, L-15-004, MORTON STREET OVER THE B&M RAILROAD
The work includes the replacement of Morton Street Bridge over the B&M Railroad. The project also involves roadway improvements on Morton Street for approximately 65 feet north and 120 feet south of the bridge, construction of a 700 feet of temporary access road for the traffic detour, and surface overlay of approximately 2000 feet of Park Avenue East. Pedestrians will have access to the portion of the existing bridge to cross over the bridge during construction.
