Project Description:
ATTLEBORO- BRIDGE REPLACEMENT, A-16-025, OLIVE STREET OVER MBTA/AMTRAK
This project consists of replacing the existing state-owned three-span plate-girder bridge, approximately 180 feet long, with a three-span prestressed-concrete-box-beam bridge, approximately 160 feet long. The proposed bridge will span over four tracks, which are used by Amtrak (electrified), MBTA and CSX. The project also includes the reconstruction of Olive Street from the Ten-Mile River Bridge to and including the intersection with Ellis Street, a distance of 1,300 linear feet.
