MIDDLETON- SAFETY IMPROVEMENTS/CHANNELIZATION ROUTE 114 (NORTH MAIN STREET)

This project will signalize the intersection at Route 114, Essex Street, and Forest Street to provide safe and controlled traffic movements through this intersection. Work along Route 114 shall extend from Middleton Square to approximately 600 feet north of the Essex and Forest Streets intersection. Work on Essex Street shall extend from the intersection of Route 114 to a point approximately 200 feet north of the intersection. Work on Forest Street shall extend from the intersection of Route 114 to a point approximately 200 feet west of the intersection. A traffic channelization island will also be included on Essex Street at the intersection of Route 114.
