WINCHESTER- ROADWAY RECONSTRUCTION AND RELATED WORK ON A SECTION OF WASHINGTON STREET
The work consists of the reconstruction or resurfacing of Washington Street from its intersection with Main Street to the Winchester/Woburn Town Line, a distance of approximately 9,400 feet. Included in the work is earth excavation, full depth bituminous concrete pavement, cold plane and resurface bituminous concrete pavement, drainage system construction, stone retaining walls, granite curbing, cement concrete sidewalks, traffic control signal systems, landscaping, signing, pavement markings, safety controls and signing for construction operations.
