ACUSHNET- BRIDGE REPLACEMENTS, A-03-003 (3M5), A-03-007 (AJH) & A-03-008 (AJJ), HAMLIN STREET OVER THE ACUSHNET RIVER
The work includes the replacement of the existing bridges which carry Hamlin Street over the Acushnet River. The replacement of this town-owned bridge consists of replacing one bridge and two culverts. The project also includes roadway reconstruction in the vicinity of the bridge. The project will be coordinated with the local fish ladder project organization, Hands Across the River.

| Current Status: | Loam and seed were completed on 4/8/25. V-notch in headwall at auxiliary culvert was installed on 4/23/25. Placement of asphalt top course was done on 4/24/25. Saw and seal were completed on 4/28/25. Line striping and road opening were done on 4/30/25. Final Walk-Through was completed on 5/1/25. Normal work hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. (as of 05/23/2025) |
