Project Description:
HAVERHILL- BRIDGE REPLACEMENT, BR# H-12-006, UPPER BRIDGE STREET OVER THE MERRIMACK RIVER (JOSEPH C. COMEAU BRIDGE)
This project proposes the replacement of the existing bridge which will be closed during construction, utilizing a short detour. A total of approximately 300 feet of approach roadway work is included. A temporary pedestrian/utility bridge will be erected for the duration of this construction project.
