TAUNTON- BRIDGE REPLACEMENT, BR# T-01-027 COHANNET STREET OVER THE THREE MILE RIVER

This project consists of the construction of a single span spread box beam prestressed concrete replacement bridge on Cohannet Street. Also included is the reconstruction of approximately 215 feet of the Cohannet Street bridge approaches. The bridge will be closed to vehicular traffic during construction, but the replacement will be performed using staged construction so that pedestrian traffic and water service can be maintained over the bridge at all times.
