FAIRHAVEN- RECONSTRUCTION OF HOWLAND ROAD, FROM ALDEN STREET TO THE NEW BEDFORD C.L.
Along with the reconstruction of Howland Street from Beach Street to Alden Street, the proposed roadway improvements include installation of new granite curbing, new cement concrete sidewalks and the installation of a fully actuated traffic signal system at the Howland Road / Main Street / Adams Street intersections.
