The proposed project includes the reconstruction of the approach roadways, the removal and reconstruction of sidewalks, curbs, traffic signs, pavement markings, grass areas, guardrails, drainage pipe and structures, water utility relocation, temporary detours and bridge, and all incidental items necessary to complete the work shown on the plans.
