AUBURN- ROADWAY RECONSTRUCTION AND RELATED WORK INCLUDING SIGNALS ON A SECTION OF ROUTE 20 (WASHINGTON STREET)

This project consists of roadway widening and resurfacing along Route 20, beginning at the intersection of Route 12 and Route 20 and proceeding easterly for approximately 4000 feet, to provide additional travel lanes and/or additional shoulder widths. Ledge cuts are proposed to meet the additional roadway width and sidewalk construction. Signal upgrades will also be included at the intersection of Route 20 and South Street for improved safety and level of service.
