BROCKTON- RECONSTRUCTION OF WINTER STREET, FROM HOWARD STREET TO NORTH CARY STREET (5,300 FEET - 3R PROJECT)
The proposed project includes pavement reconstruction, with some minor widening with granite curbing, installation of new bituminous concrete sidewalks and wheelchair ramps, minor drainage improvements and utility adjustments and/or relocations, pavement markings and a traffic signal with a pedestrian phase at Howard Street intersection.
