CHARLTON- FULL DEPTH PAVEMENT RECLAMATION, ROUTE 31 FROM MUGGET HILL ROAD (CHARLTON) TO CONNECTICUT S.L.
The Charlton segment is an approved Footprint Road project that involves reclaiming and resurfacing with minor drainage work. Project begins at Flint Road and continues southerly approximately 3.6 miles to the Dudley Town Line. The Dudley portion will be a separate project which begins at the Charlton Town Line and continues southerly 4.1 miles to the CT State Line.
