NORFOLK- ROADWAY RECONSTRUCTION AT THE INTERSECTION OF MAIN, UNION & ROCKWOOD STREETS
This project will result in wider portions of Main Street, Union Street, Rockwood Road, North Street, Carlson Circle and Boardman Street and other side street approaches. The project involves the construction of two roadway roundabouts, drainage, decorative street lighting, new sidewalk, curbing, handicap ramps, crosswalks, a new stonewall, landscaping and other work.
