BILLERICA- RECONSTRUCTION OF COOK STREET & ALEXANDER ROAD (11,200 FEET TOTAL)
The purpose of this project is to improve roadway safety for vehicles and pedestrian along Cook Street from Route 3A to the Wilmington town line (2600 meters) and Alexander Road from Cook Street to Wilmington town line (1400 meters).
