Project Description:
BILLERICA- RECONSTRUCTION OF ALLEN ROAD, FROM ROUTE 3A TO WEBB BROOK ROAD (5,400 FEET)
The project consists of full depth roadway reconstruction, widening and resurfacing, drainage and landscaping improvements, installation of granite curbing and edging, retaining walls, and concrete sidewalks. Also included is the reconstruction and signalization of the Boston Road (Route 3A) / Allen Road intersection. Boston Road will be widened to two lanes in each direction at the intersection.
