Project Description:
WASHINGTON- RECONSTRUCTION OF WASHINGTON MOUNTAIN ROAD, FROM BECKET T.L. TO THE DALTON T.L.
This 6.8 mile highway project will rehabilitate Washington Mountain Road from the Dalton town line to the Becket town line. Proposed pavement rehabilitation will consist of roadway reclamation and resurfacing with hot-mix asphalt. Unpaved shoulder areas will be stabilized with dense graded crushed stone. Guard rail, new signs and pavement markings will also be included. It is anticipated that most of the proposed work will be accomplished within the existing municipal right-of-way.
