BILLERICA- RECONSTRUCTION, CONCORD ROAD PHASE II, FROM ROUTE 3A TO MIDDLESEX TURNPIKE AND CHARNSTAFF LN FROM CONCORD RD TO RT 3A
Concord Road will be reconstructed, widened and resurfaced. Sidewalks will be added and a traffic signal will be reconstructed. Improvements will also be provided for drainage and landscaping.
