CHICOPEE- ROADWAY RECONSTRUCTION ON ROUTE 141 (GRATTAN STREET) FROM ROUTE I-391 TO MONTGOMERY STREET (1.8 MILES)
The proposed project consists of reconstructing Grattan Street, in the City of Chicopee, from Montgomery Street (Route 33) to the northbound off-ramp of Interstate-391 (approximately 2,720 meters). The work will include new pavement, new sidewalks and granite curbing, new and reconstructed traffic signals and drainage improvements.
