The work under this project involves improvements to Lower Hampden Road, from the Hampden town line to the intersection with Elm Street, a distance of approximately 4.14 miles. The work includes full depth pavement construction, drainage system improvements, sidewalk construction, retaining wall construction, and highway guard installation.
