WEST SPRINGFIELD- SIGNAL UPGRADING, 2 LOCATIONS, WESTFIELD ST. AT SECOND STREET AND WESTFIELD ST. AT CHESTNUT ST.
This project will improve safety by shifting 60m (200') of Second St. 30m (100') east to realign with Chestnut St. Proposed along with this geometric improvement are traffic signal installation, new sidewalks and wheelchair ramps, granite curbing installation, minor grading and drainage improvements, and landscaping details.
