Project Description:
PEABODY- BRIDGE REPLACEMENTS, BR# P-03-007 JOHNSON ST. OVER B&M RR & MBTA & BR# P-03-008 JOHNSON STREET EXTENSION OVER MBTA
This project will result in the complete demolition and removal of the existing bridges. A temporary pedestrian bridge is provided for pedestrian movement during the construction of both bridges as they will both be closed during construction. Work also includes the reconstruction of the bridge approaches, cement concrete sidewalk, highway guardrail, pavement marking, loam borrow and seeding, and other incidental work.
