BELLINGHAM- INSTALLATION OF TRAFFIC SIGNALS AT TWO LOCATIONS ON BLACKSTONE ST: RTE 126 (SOUTH MAIN ST) & RTE 140 (MECHANIC ST)
Work in this project includes roadway widening, cold planing, and resurfacing; installation of drainage pipes and structures, granite curbing and bituminous concrete sidewalks, traffic signals, signs and pavement markings.
