CHESTER- HUNTINGTON- RECONSTRUCTION, SKYLINE TRAIL SECT. III FROM THE MIDDLEFIELD TL TO COOK HILL RD / OLD CHESTER RD (7.7 MI )

The project begins at Route 23 and ends at the intersection of Huntington Road, a distance of 1.7 miles. The work consists of pavement reclamation, hot mix asphalt wearing surface, cross drain replacement, new paved waterways, dense graded crushed stone for shoulders, bituminous curbing and driveways. The installation of steel beam highway guardrail, traffic lines, and new traffic signs are also included.
