Project Description:
DALTON- RECONSTRUCTION OF SOUTH STREET, FROM ROUTE 8 & 9 TO PITTSFIELD C.L.
The work consists of full depth reconstruction of South Street from Main Street (State Routes 8 & 9) to Dalton Division Road at the Dalton-Pittsfield town line, including the reconstruction of the intersection of South Street, Dalton Division Road, Hubbard Avenue and East Street. Also included are the installation of a traffic signal system at the above intersection as well as drainage improvements, new pavement, curbing, pavement markings, and signing, and all other incidental work.
