HOLYOKE- RECONSTRUCTION OF COMMERCIAL STREET

This project consists of the full depth roadway reconstruction of 0.6 miles of Commercial Street, Nick Cosmos Way and a portion of Appleton Street in the City of Holyoke. The project also includes the cold planing and resurfacing of portions of Jackson Street, Franklin Street, Hampshire Street, Sergeant Street, Essex Street, Bristol Place, and Hertitage Street. In addition, the project includes the construction of a new drainage system in order to separate combined sewer and drainage lines within the project limits.
