CLINTON- TRAFFIC SIGNALS (4 LOC.), MAIN @ CHURCH ST (1), WATER ST. (RT. 62) (2), BROOK ST (3); WATER @ HIGH STREET (RT. 110) (4)
The work consists of minor roadway widening and pavement overlay and new traffic signals @ Main Street at Church Street (Location 1). This work also includes signal preemption, drainage system modifications, sidewalks and wheelchair ramps, driveway aprons, and granite curbing. Also included in the work is unclassified excavation, cold planing, miscellaneous water system alterations, and the replacement or installation of regulatory, warning, street and guide signing, pavement markings, safety signing for construction operations. This work will also include the installation of an emergency preemption system and new traffic signals, pedestrian signals and new wheelchair ramps at the following three (3) intersections: Location 2: Main Street at Water Street/Sterling Street Location 3: Main Street at Brook Street Location 4: Water Street at High Street
