RICHMOND- BRIDGE REPLACEMENT, R-06-002, SLEEPY HOLLOW ROAD OVER CSX DOUBLESTACK LINE
The proposed project will replace the bridge in the same location. The bridge will be closed and a detour utilized. In addition, new guardrail, pavement markings and new signage will be added.
