Project Description:
WINDSOR- BRIDGE REPLACEMENT, W-41-020, HIGH STREET HILL ROAD OVER WESTFIELD BROOK (AKA- POLLY HARWOOD BRIDGE)
The proposed work includes the reconstruction of the bridge and the improvements necessary to provide a bridge structure capable of carrying statutory loading. Highway improvements consist of guardrail installations at the approach roadway to the bridge. Minor alterations in the High Street Hill Road are expected to improve the safety of the roadway including the sight distance. The pedestrian traffic will be maintained during construction. A detour will be provided during project construction.
