NORTH ANDOVER- HIGHWAY RECONSTRUCTION ON ANDOVER STREET, OSGOOD STREET & MASSACHUSETTS AVENUE
A round-about will be constructed at the intersections of Andover Street and Massachusetts Avenue to calm traffic and improve safety through the North Andover Commons. Portions of Osgood Street will also be reconstructed in the immediate vicinity of the Commons.
