WEBSTER- RESURFACING AND RELATED WORK ON SCHOOL STREET FROM PERRYVILLE RD./ASH ST. NORTHERLY TO ROUTE 12 (MAIN ST)

The purpose of this project is to resurface School Street to provide a 9-meter paved street width with widening where necessary. The street width will be comprised of two-3.25 meter travel lands and two 1.25-meter shoulders. The project is 2500 meters in length. Sidewalk and curb construction/reconstruction are also proposed. A sidewalk is proposed on the west side of School Street from Ash Street to Highland Street. From Highland Street to Main Street (Route 12), sidewalks are proposed on both sides of the street.The work includes cold planing existing pavement, hot mix asphalt overlay, box widening, full depth reconstruction, drainage system improvements, granite curb installation, hot mix asphalt sidewalk construction/reconstruction, concrete handicapped ramp construction, hot mix asphalt driveway construction, pavement marking and sign installation, landscaping, other incidental items necessary.
