HAVERHILL- ROADWAY RECONSTRUCTION AT LAFAYETTE SQUARE
The proposed project consists of reconstructing Lafayette Square from Winter Street to Hilldale & Broadway and Essex Street to High Street in the City of Haverhill. The work will include minor realignment, pavement reconstruction and traffic signal installation at two locations. Also included will be sidewalk installation on both sides of the roadway with extensive landscaping to enhance the roadway and improve the character of the corridor.
