Project Description:
YARMOUTH- PEDESTRIAN & SITE IMPROVEMENTS ON ROUTE 28 @ BASS RIVER TOWN PROPERTY ABUTTING BASS RIVER (PACKETT'S LANDING)
This project is a High Priority Project earmark in TEA-21. The project consists of land acquisition and design and construction of a parking facility adjacent to BassRiver and the Packett's Landing Boat Ramp. Included in the project is site preparation, building demolition, landscaping and paving to construct the facility. On the proposed site the town will restore a historic building, the work for which is not included in the project.
