Project Description:
SPENCER- BRIDGE REPLACEMENT, S-23-016, BROOKS POND ROAD OVER FIVE MILE RIVER
The purpose of this project is to replace the existing bridge. The concrete spillway will remain as will part of the existing abutments. The new bridge will be built behind the existing abutments to reduce environmental impacts.
