Project Description:
NORTHAMPTON- ROUNDABOUT CONSTRUCTION AT NORTH MAIN STREET, BRIDGE ROAD AND LOOK MEMORIAL PARK ENTRANCE
This project will enhance safety and improve the efficiency of the traffic flow at the intersection of North Main Street (Route 9), Bridge Road and Look Memorial Park. The work will include major geometric improvements, replacing the two existing offset T intersections with a roundabout. All four approaches will be realigned to into a four-legged roundabout, featuring a planted island and an attractive sign for Look Memorial Park.
