Project Description:
SOUTH HADLEY- HIGHWAY LIGHTING UPGRADE AT ROUTE 202 ROTARY
The proposed work involves replacing the existing highway lighting system in the U.S. Rte. 202 rotary located at the intersection of Purple Heart Drive and North Main Street. The following new highway lighting components will be installed at the rotary and approach roadways: lighting control cabinet; service connection to a South Hadley Electric Lighting Department facility; light poles and foundations, luminaires, pull boxes, conduits, and wiring. In addition, the work involves the removal, dismantling, transporting, delivery, and stacking of the existing light poles, luminaires, and lighting load center equipment to MassHighway's District 2 facilities.
