MARSHFIELD- NORWELL- BRIDGE REHABILITATION, M-07-001=N-24-001, UNION STREET/BRIDGE STREET OVER THE NORTH RIVER

This bridge project involves replacing the existing Union Street/Bridge Street over the North River superstructure with a new three span continuous steel superstructure. Replacement of this bridge involves reconstruction of approximately 380 feet of the north roadway approach, and 425 feet of the south roadway approach. Only one lane will remain open for two way vehicular traffic with a temporary signal during construction. The roadway reconstruction consists of minor realignment, drainage improvements, lighting, guardrail, and other miscellaneous improvements.
