ANDOVER- BRIDGE REPLACEMENT, BR# A-09-027, HIGH PLAIN ROAD OVER ROUTE I-93
The new bridge will be raised two feet higher over Interstate 93. The approach roadways will also be improved to accomodate the height of the new bridge to ensure safety.
