Project Description:
HOLDEN- BRIDGE REHABILITATION, H-18-022, PRINCETON STREET OVER QUINAPOXET RESERVOIR
MassHighway is proposing to rehabilitate the town-owned Princeton Street Bridge, which crosses over an outlet from the Quinapoxet Reservoir to the Quinapoxet River. The existing bridge's concrete abutments and corrugated iron arch will be repaired, and a protective coating will be applied to the exposed surface of the arch. A new concrete slab bridge deck will be constructed and will include a decorative bridge rail. New façade elements of the bridge and rail will be faced with stone to match the existing stone facing of the bridge.
