GRAFTON- BRIDGE REPLACEMENT, G-08-007, PLEASANT STREET OVER BLACKSTONE RIVER
The new bridge will be built beside the existing bridge. The existing brige will remain open during construction. All work is being done behind existing retaining walls to minimize environmental impacts.
