Project Description:
ORANGE- BRIDGE REPLACEMENT, O-03-024, WEST RIVER STREET OVER ROUTE 2
The proposed project includes the demolition of the existing three span steel stringer bridge located on West River Street over State Route 2 and the construction of a single span steel stringer bridge. The proposed roadway width will be 33 feet with two 12 feet travel lanes and two 4 feet shoulders. A 5 foot sidewalk will be included on the structure. The bridge will be closed during construction. Traffic on State Route 2 wishing to use Exit 14 (West River Street, Lake Mattawa, Holtshire Road) will be routed to adjacent Route 2 Exits. Both eastbound and westbound shoulders on State Route 2 will be closed during construction
