FALMOUTH- RECONSTRUCTION OF ROUTE 28 AT REINE'S CORNER
This project consists of safety improvement on a curve along Route 28 in East Falmouth locally known as Reine's Corner. The project is approximately 1800 feet long and consists of flattening the horizontal curve and improving the vertical alignment. The roadway work will be primarily full depth construction. Work also includes sidewalk construction and reconstruction and drainage upgrades. The location is the site of a number of fatalities over several years.
