Project Description:
PEPPERELL- BRIDGE REPLACEMENT, P-06-003, MILL STREET OVER THE NISSITISSIT RIVER
This project consists of replacing the Mill Street Bridge over the Nissitissit River in its present location in Pepperell. The new bridge will have precast concrete box beams on integral abutments founded on steel piles. The new abutments will be installed behind the existing abutments. The bridge will be closed to vehicular traffic and a detour signed during construction. The restoration of bridge/street lighting is also part of the project.
