Project Description:
LOWELL- BRIDGE REPLACEMENT, L-15-072, LOWELL CONNECTOR (EB & WB) OVER PLAIN STREET
This proposed project will replace both the eastbound and westbound bridges of the Lowell Connector over Plain Street, improve the interchange ramps, and provide for future traffic signals at the intersections of the ramps with Plain Street. The Lowell Connector and Plain Street traffic will not be interrupted during construction by implementing a traffic management plan with multiple construction phases.
