LUDLOW- INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS, ROUTE 21 (CENTER STREET) AT CHAPIN STREET AND AT MASS PIKE EXIT 7 AND HARDING ST.
The work under this Contract consists of minor roadway widening, new traffic signal system, unclassified excavation, full depth asphalt concrete pavement, cold plane and hot mix asphalt overlay, new traffic signal system, drainage alterations, controlled density backfill, granite curb, cement concrete sidewalk and wheelchair ramps, stone masonry wall, highway guard, pavement markings, signs, and other incidental work.
