CONCORD- BRIDGE REHABILITATION, BR# C-19-003, SUDBURY ROAD OVER SUDBURY RIVER (HEATH'S BRIDGE)

The roadway work involves full depth reconstruction of approximately 130 feet of bridge approach roadway. Roadway reconstruction entails improvements to the pavement, curbing, sidewalks and highway guardrails. The bridge concrete deck will be replaced with a concrete deck and bituminous concrete overlay. The proposed bridge will match the width of the existing bridge and will consist of 2 travel lanes and 2 sidewalks. One lane will remain open during construction and a temporary signal will be installed at both ends to control bi-directional traffic movement.
