Project Description:
SOUTHWICK- RECONSTRUCTION CONGAMOND ROAD (ROUTE 168), FROM COLLEGE HIGHWAY & ENDS 250 FEET SHORT OF STATE LINE (1.2 MILES)
The purpose of this project is to reconstruct Congamond Road to improve safety by straightening and flattening the roadway and to correct pavement deficiencies caused by poor drainage and normal pavement deterioration. The roadway project begins at College Highway and ends 250 feet short of the state line and currently ends west of town's culvert replacement project across Congamond Road. The roadway project distance is approximately 6,300 feet.
