Project Description:
EASTHAMPTON- BRIDGE REPLACEMENT, E-05-006, ROUTE 10 (NORTHAMPTON STREET) OVER MANHAN RIVER
The purpose of this project is to replace the Northampton Road Bridge over Manhan River. The roadway will also be resurfaced 500 feet north and south of the bridge. The bridge will be closed and traffic detoured during construction. An additional turning lane, north of the bridge structure, will be added for entrance to West Street. The new bridge superstructure will be built with precast concrete deck bulb tee beams to reduce construction time.
