DISTRICT 5- REFURBISHMENT OF CRASH CUSHION DEVICES (HYDROCELLS) AT STATE HIGHWAY LOCATIONS
This contract provides for replacing or refurbishing hydrocell crash cushions at various state highway locations in District 5, which have been struck and damaged by an unidentified or uninsured motorist and MassHighway has no recourse under the accident recovery process.
