The westerly limit of Rte 2 in Westminster is Bridge W-28-021 over Route 140 North (mm 89.9±). The easterly limit of Rte 2 in Westminster is a pavement joint in the vicinity of Exit 26 (mm 92.4±). The total length of this project is approximately 2.5 miles.
